The Medoil project is a project we completed in collaboration with our Dutch partners iAutomation and SELO, and the end user is in Tunisia. Our project has 8 boilers for different purposes. Mayonnaise production was planned in this process. In the first design phase, works within our scope were carried out, such as E-plan drawing, control panel supply, pneumatic configurations, and purchase and assembly of equipment inside the control panel. Later, a CIP (Cleaning In Place) panel was included in the project for external cleaning. The assembly of the CIP panel was also carried out in our workshop in Izmir. Afterwards, the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) process was completed by Mekanet Enerji team in Netherlands. During this process, cabling, panel assemblies, IO tests and pneumatic system installation were carried out.

The Unilever project is a joint project we completed with our Dutch partners iAutomation and SELO for an end user in England. The project includes 4 boilers and 78 valves for different purposes, and ice cream production was planned. In the first design phase, we were responsible for E-plan drawing, control panel supply and purchase of equipment inside the control panel. Later, the designs and drawings were revised by Mekanet Enerji according to customer requests. After the assembly was carried out in our workshop in Izmir, the panels were sent to Netherlands for FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) phase. During the FAT process, the assembly of the panels, cabling and IO tests were carried out by Mekanet Enerji. After the completion of the FAT process in Netherlands, the shipment was made to the end user Unilever in England.
